Conditions for Obtaining Digital Shelves for Legal Entities through the Argan 369 Platform
Registration on the Platform:
Digital shelves are exclusively intended for legal entities. To be eligible for a digital shelf, the legal entity must register on the Argan 369 MK platform and fill in all necessary information (Central Registry).
Acceptance of Terms:
After registration, the legal entity must accept all conditions for digital operation on the Argan 369 MK platform.
Contract with Styling Professional LLC:
The legal entity signs a contract with Styling Professional LLC, the owner of the Argan 369 MK platform, after gaining the right to use a digital shelf.
Membership Number and Personal Profile:
Upon fulfilling all collaboration conditions, the legal entity receives its membership number and personal profile on the platform. Here, it can monitor all activities related to sales through digital shelves across all its locations.
Product QR Codes:
The legal entity receives its personal QR codes for products, based on which the digital shelves are issued.
Maximum of 3 Digital Shelves:
Each legal entity can receive a maximum of three digital shelves for free, while any additional ones will incur a charge.
Delivery of Digital Shelves:
Styling Professional LLC produces the digital shelves and delivers them free of charge to the legal entity via courier service.
Rights and Obligations:
The legal entity has all the rights and obligations as all other members of the Argan 369 MK platform.
Business Expansion:
Legal entities are allowed to expand their business through QR codes for the registration of new members, both legal and natural persons.
