RULES FOR COLLABORATION WITH ARGAN369

The rules for collaboration with Argan369 are defined to ensure fair and proper operation for all members of Argan369. All members have the same rights and obligations, and the same earning conditions. The success and earnings amount depend solely on the Member, their engagement, and work.

The owner of the Argan369 system is Styling Professional dooel, Skopje (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

The Company has the right to make additions and changes to the rules and is obligated to publish them on the official website argan369.mk to be available to all interested parties.

TERMINOLOGY

To avoid misunderstandings in communication regarding Argan369, we define several commonly used terms, which are also used for defining the rules and conditions for collaboration with Argan369:

  • Member: A person or organization registered in the Argan369 system.
  • Membership Number: A five-digit number that identifies each Member. The number is automatically generated in ascending order during registration and is unique to each Member.
  • Customer: A person who is not registered as a Member of Argan369 but can purchase products from the Argan369 online store.
  • VIP Customer: A person who is not registered as a Member of Argan369 but can purchase products from the Argan369 online store using a referral link, receiving benefits listed in the Rules under point 10.
  • Company: Refers to the company Styling Professional dooel, Skopje.
  • Sponsor: A Member who has registered a new Member in their first level.
  • First Level in the Network: Members in the first level are those who are directly registered under the Sponsor.
  • Network: All members in the group of a Sponsor, regardless of level and depth.
  • Personal Group: A group of members, excluding those from the separated 9%-level groups.
  • Success Level or Percentage Level: The success level of the Member, according to the Success Scale, expressed in percentages. Possible levels are: 3%, 6%, and 9%.
  • Success Scale: The Success Scale defines the percentage level of success the member has achieved, depending on the Business Volume of their group. The percentage the member can achieve is 3, 6, or 9 percent, according to the following Business Volume thresholds expressed in MKD (Macedonian denars).

  • Director Titles: Members who achieve a level of 9% and maintain that level continuously over several calculation periods, and/or have multiple 9% groups in the first level, receive the title of Director and are rewarded with additional bonuses announced in the Director’s Handbook.
  • Business Volume (BV): BV is the basis for the earnings calculations from the network. The BV amount is the Sales Price without VAT.
  • Personal Business Volume (PBV): The total Business Volume from Personal orders and recommendation orders.
  • Business Volume from Personal Orders (BVPO): Business volume from a Member’s personal order.
  • Business Volume from Personal Group (BVPG): Business volume from the Member’s Personal Group.
  • Sales Price (SP): The price at which a product is purchased, including discounts and other reductions, if any.
  • Product Price (PP): The basic price of the product without discounts or other types of reductions.
  • VAT: Value Added Tax.
  • Earnings: Calculated earnings of the Member, generated from their personal orders, referral link orders, and sales from Members in their Network.
  • Personal Order: An order made directly by the Member, registered under their Membership Number.
  • Link Order or Recommendation Order: An order made by a person who is not a member of Argan369, using a referral link obtained from an existing Member.
  • Referral Link: A web link to a recommended product on the online store, containing information about the Member who made the recommendation. Based on this information, these orders are recorded in the Member’s Business Volume.
  • Membership Registration Link: A web link to the registration page for new members of Argan369, containing information about the Member who made the recommendation, thus identifying the Member as the Sponsor of the new Member.
  • Period: A period for calculating Members’ earnings based on their sales and the sales in their Network for that period. Unless otherwise announced on the official website of Argan369, a Period is considered one calendar month.
  • Argan369 Products: High-quality hair care products based on argan oil, as well as other accessories offered for sale under the Argan Oil trademark.
  • Success Plan: A document explaining the earning opportunities and method of earning with Argan369.
  • Argan369 Trademark: The name, logo, and product names sold by the Company.
  • Personal Data: Data entered by the Member during registration or when updating personal data through the Argan369 application. The Member is solely responsible for the accuracy of this data, and the Company is responsible for its storage.

MEMBERSHIP

Any individual or legal entity can become a member of the Argan369 network. Individuals must be adults (18 years old) to become a member of Argan369.
Individuals and legal entities can only become Members via a Registration Link provided by existing members.
By using the registration link, which directs them to the Argan369 website, the potential member must complete standard registration by entering usual details to create the membership.
To start registration, the potential Member must have a valid email address. The email address is a key element in every Member’s account; it is the main identification for the Member, and all business activities in the Argan369 network are associated with it.
The registration of a new member involves filling in all the required data in the registration form and confirming acceptance of the terms and rules of the Argan369 network.
Once all terms are accepted, the potential member becomes an official Member of the Argan369 network. Upon receiving Member status, the individual or legal entity receives their own unique Membership Number used for identification within the Network.
Membership can only be transferred from parent to child or between spouses, with approval from the Company and submission of valid documents proving the relationship between the Member and the person to whom the membership is transferred.
Both the Company and the Member can terminate the membership and the Cooperation Agreement at any time without explanation, with prior notice sent by email. Membership terminates 15 days after the notice is sent.
Membership is automatically terminated if the Member does not place a personal order or make a recommendation within 12 consecutive months.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER AND THE COMPANY

The Member independently recommends the products, and from the achieved sales, they can earn according to the Cooperation Agreement. The Company pays the taxes on this income to the Public Revenue Office (UJP), and these are deducted from the total earnings.
The Member does not have an employment relationship with the Company, and the Company has no obligation as an employer according to the existing legal norms of North Macedonia.
The Member has the right to purchase Argan369 products and enjoy certain benefits established in the Argan369 Success Plan, such as a 10% discount on every order and free shipping.
The Member has the right to receive payment for their earnings if all the following conditions are met:

  1. A signed Cooperation Agreement has been submitted.
  2. Bank account information has been provided for the payment.
  3. A personal order has been placed in that period, with a value of at least 2000 MKD.

The Member is obliged to adhere to the collaboration rules of Argan369 and the instructions published by the Company.
The Member cannot use the Company’s logo and other protected symbols unless authorized by the Company after submitting an appropriate request.
For promotional purposes, the Member may photograph purchased products from Argan369 and publish the photos on social media or elsewhere on the internet or share them via communication apps.
Every member has access to the Argan369 website https://app.argan369.mk and tools that help them monitor their business with Argan369. Members log in to these tools using the email address they provided during registration.
